How it works

Search our marketplace and find a lesson or service you are looking for.
Check the delivery mode, the timeline to see if it serves your requirement. Also, check provider profile and lesson reviews if any.
If you are satisfied with the deliverables hit the “Book Now” button and proceed with the online payment.
Your payment will be put on escrow with EduBow and no money will be paid to the provider until the service delivery is complete with your satisfaction.
Once the payment is made, you get access to the trainer or tutor. Discuss your requirement with the tutor or simply upload and send your questions to them.
Tutors and Trainers will now start work on your questions and deliver them within the timeline mentioned. You will be notified once the delivery is done. The tutor will also send you payment release request once they submit the complete lessons and services.
Review the service or lessons delivered and ask for any questions if you have. If you are satisfied with everything kindly hit the “Release Payment” button in your account.
Rate the service and post an honest review for the tutor.

General FAQ for Buyers

Is my payment safe?

Yes - your payment is 100% safe since you are not paying to the providers or tutors directly. Your payment will be with EduBow and will be released only after you receive full-service delivery from the provider selected. If there is any quality or timeline dispute from the provider side, we will refund your booking subject to thorough checking from our end.

Can I communicate with the tutor?

Yes - We’ll disclose tutor or provider details to you only after booking is done. You can then discuss your tutoring requirements with them directly or through our platform. However, no contact details will be available before booking. If you have any doubts about the service before booking kindly click on "Send Enquiry" button with each service listing and it will be forwarded to the provider.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the work?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work delivered or if you have received incomplete work, you can always ask the provider to correct the same. The provider will try to satisfy with their best skills and knowledge. Please do not release money till you receive full work delivery with your satisfaction. Edubow will mediate if there is a genuine delivery issue and try to get an amicable solution. If after service delivery you do not respond within 3 days money will be paid to the provider.

Can I pay the tutor or provider directly?

No - this is something which is not allowed and not recommended also. If you pay them directly then we’ll not be able to help you in case of any dispute. Also, most of the tutors or providers will not work directly without any advance payment. So there is a risk from both sides. We do not allow such members to transact in our platform who proposes direct payment.
